"Strategy Training" is a five-day, experiential
course. It is an in-house course; i.e. all participants work for the same organization.

learn the basics, including the building of proficiency in the

Exploring competency application to
conceptualize new products and processes

Develop "candidate strategies" for your
business or functional organization while honing your process skills
during days 3, 4, and 5.

Learn to participate when someone
else leads

three organizational units

Make use of facts you know already
about your organizations; go online too

Compare your "candidate strategies"
to existing strategies for your selected units
Classroom and Supplies
The
classroom should have a minimum of 1,500 sq. ft. for the following:

Comfortable seating and workspace for 20
people
-
Clear wall that can be used to hang flip
chart sheets for display
-
Working space for 4 breakout groups,
each with a flip chart
-
Screen for display of PowerPoint
presentations
-
Wireless internet access using
participants' PC's
If the customer has a suitable conference room, it will be used;
otherwise, Robust Innovations will arrange for a conference room at a
local hotel.
The
Instructor
The
principal instructor will be Dr. Jerry S. Lee, President of Robust
Innovations. Dr. Lee uses the methods taught in this course in his
consulting business. Please see the "Robust Leader" page for details of
his background.
Dr. Lee will arrange for at least one qualified assistant during days
3-5. The assistant will be an expert practitioner of both the Structured
CPS Process and Robust Innovations' practices.
Cost
Cost for the five day-day training course is $2,000 per student plus
conference room expense. The minimum number of students is 10 and the
maximum is 20.
